Sustainable Blazer Line
Sharp shoulders, clean conscience — workwear built to be reworn and repaired.

Project Overview
Workwear That Gives Back
A conscious workwear label asked for a four-style blazer line in certified wool and recycled linings, with construction that tailors can repair for decades. We designed, patterned and sampled the full line.
Each blazer carries a repair passport and a take-back promise: send it back worn, and it returns refreshed — or becomes part of a new garment.

The Challenge
Sustainability You Can Verify
Green claims are easy; proof is hard. Every cloth, button and thread needed certification and a documented chain — which ruled out half our usual suppliers and forced creative sourcing.
Our Approach
Design For Disassembly
We replaced fused interlinings with stitchable canvas, chose mono-material linings and published repair guides — so any tailor, anywhere, can keep these blazers in service.

“The studio treated our sustainability brief as an engineering problem, not a marketing line. The repair passport idea alone doubled our press coverage.”
